The aim of the course is to develop skills to create environmental monitoring programs , perform statistical analyses of environmental data, use mathematical modelling as a tool for analysing and interpreting environmental data and to present the strengths and weaknesses of different data analysis methods. The course content is designed to adequately develop environmental monitoring programs needed for environmental management. The course also includes methods for analysing and presenting environmental monitoring data.
