My current research is focused on understanding how to better support individuals in changing their health behaviours i.e., reduced alcohol consumption, smoking cessation, increased physical activity, and healthier eating through the use of digital interventions. I have a particular interest in healthy and sustainable food choices, i.e., diets characterised by more plants and fewer animal products.
