Emma Weinesson

Coordinator

Providing services for both co-workers and students is a large part of my work as administrator. My role requires good collaboration skills, communication, flexibility and a powerful drive.

Coordinator at IEI

In my role as coordinator, I contribute to structure and coordination in research and collaboration-related work together with researchers, management, and external stakeholders.

I support the planning, implementation, and follow-up of activities where multiple actors and perspectives converge. An important part of the role is to ensure clear communication, high quality, and efficient ways of working in complex contexts.

I work 50% in Production Economics (PEK) and the remaining time as a coordinator for research projects and some doctoral education. I thrive at the intersection of research, administration, and collaboration, and I am keen to contribute to the development of processes that facilitate daily work and strengthen partnerships within and beyond the university.

Duties

  • Administrative support for research and undergraduate education at the Division of Production Economics (PEK)
  • Participation in the planning and organisation of conferences and meetings
  • Coordination of work related to research and doctoral education

Other professional tasks

  • Member of the departmental board

My work is within this division
