I am professor of paediatric nursing and chair of the research group for Child and Family Centred Care in collaboration with Crown Princess Victoria Children鈥檚 Hospital.

Paediatric Nursing Research

The aim with paediatric nursing research is to create scientific knowledge to be used in healthcare for children, young people, and their families to promote and provide physiological and psychological quality of life irrespectively of diagnosis, condition, and social context.

To create high quality paediatric nursing research with potential for implementation in clinical practice (Research)
To ensure paediatric nursing research capacity for the future (Education)
To strengthen the paediatric nursing research environment in the county of Östergötland (Collaboration)

EArly Collaborative Intervention (EACI)

We want to improve neonatal intensive care to promote and raise the quality of parent-child interactions in order to strengthen the prospects of normal development among preterm infants.

Sleep in parents of sick children

Being the parent of a sick child brings with it additional demands. We study and describe sleep patterns among these parents.
