PhD student

I am a PhD student researching the prevalence, risk factors and consequences of injury and illness among elite athletes. I also work as a teacher at the Physiotherapy programme.

Injury and illness patterns in elite sports

I am part of the SWIPE (Sport Without Injury ProgrammE) research group, and my research primarily focuses on the injury and illness patterns among Olympic athletes within a project in collaboration with the Swedish Olympic Committee. This work includes, among other things, studying the prevalence, incidence, risk factors, and consequences of injury and illness.

Teaching

I also work as a teacher in the Physiotherapy programme and teach across several semesters, including skills-based teaching and examinations.
