I am head of the Library鈥檚 Department for Administration. The department鈥檚 function is to safeguard administrative processes, give management support, coordinate and manage purchase routines, facilities, some IT-services and to participate in library development. Human resources, including recruitment and work environment responsibilities, are also managed by the department. Together with my staff, my tasks are to maintain the quality of these functions and serve as controller within the library organization.
