Clinicians' Perspectives on Evidence-Based Practice in Swedish Speech-Language Pathology: A National Survey Study

Elias Ingebrandt, PhD., SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist, PhD in Ageing and Social Change, and an Assistant Professor in Speech- Language Pathology at Linköping University. His research includes work on evidence-based practice as well as studies of how cognitive and communicative impairments, particularly in the context of dementia, shape human interaction in everyday activities.

In this seminar he will present preliminary results from his postdoctoral project investigating Swedish speech-language pathologists' attitudes toward evidence-based practice (EBP), their self-reported use of EBP, and the organizational factors that shape EBP implementation across clinical settings.
