Welcome to a half‑day symposium where researchers from different knowledge fields come together to explore and discuss interdisciplinarity across epistemic fields, with a particular focus on medical humanities, bioethics, and biomedicine.
Participating scholars include Kristin Barker (University of New Mexico), Lindsey Grubbs (Case Western Reserve University), Ericka Johnson (Department of Thematic Studies, Gender Studies), Harald Wiltsche (Department of Culture and Society, Division of Philosophy and Applied Ethics), and Kristin Zeiler (Department of Thematic Studies, Technology and Social Change).
This is a joint event between the the Technology and Social Change (TEMA T) fellowship programme, and its Interdisciplinary Medical Humanities and Bioethics strand, the Centre for Medical Humanities and Bioethics (CMHB).
The seminar is intended for researchers and will be held in English. Please register by 28 May and indicate if you wish to participate via Zoom.
