The Nordic Network for research on pronunciation and pronunciation teaching in a second language perspective, NNL2P, connects researchers and PhD candidates with a special interest in pronunciation and pronunciation teaching.

The research environment Language and Culture was established in 2000. Nigel Musk, who left London for Sweden in his youth, has been a part of it from the beginning. Here, he reflects on the development of the environment and the challenges ahead.

The Language Workshops at ¸£Àû¼§ are now more accessible than ever. Here, students receive practical support with academic writing and oral presentations – in both Swedish and English.

Anja Rydén Gramner’s thesis shows that by reading and discussing novels, medical students are equipped to engage themselves emotionally and to show empathy in future patient encounters.
