Life Science Meeting is a one-day meeting, organised by the BSc Experimental and Industrial Biomedicine and MSc Experimental and Medical Biosciences programmes at ¸£Àû¼§.

For the second consecutive year, the biomedicine programmes at LiU have organised a well-attended Life Science Meeting. This year, more than 100 students participated, together with internal and external invited speakers.

Jonas Burman is a doctoral student at ¸£Àû¼§ and has been given the opportunity to go on an international exchange to New York. There he will work at a prestigious laboratory and follow in the footsteps of his supervisor, Linda Bojmar.

The LiU Life Science Meeting was arranged to inform biomedicine students about opportunities in the labour market after graduating.

Students at ¸£Àû¼§ took gold in the international competition in synthetic biology, iGEM 2019.
