Organic printed solar cells will soon be in a window or a bag near you. In 鈥淪unflower鈥�, the recently-concluded EU project, researchers and businesses brought the technology a great deal closer to our everyday lives.

Lignin can be used to create stable and environmentally friendly organic solar cells. Researchers at LiU and KTH have now shown that untreated kraft lignin can be used to improve organic solar cells further.
