The seminars in Computational Mathematics are organised by the Department of Mathematics.

The aim of the seminars is to obtain knowledge about interesting mathematical application problems. We invite people from different companies and university institutions to discuss problems and technical challenges they have in their operations.

Professor Emeritus Jan Nordström, at the Department of Mathematics (MAI), has been elected to membership of the Academy of Science of South Africa (ASSAf).

An unique four-way collaboration project will enable 21 Students from 福利姬 and 21 Washington State University to participate in an innovative exchange and research programme in engineering science and scientific computation.
