Our research aims to develop methods for manufacturing companies and how they should design their products for manufacturing and remanufacturing.

The remanufacture of products is made easier if the design is adapted such that the product can be manufactured several times. However, a new thesis shows that collaboration between the departments for remanufacture and design is deficient.
