I conduct research in transportation economics, focusing on the marginal costs of infrastructure. My research analyzes how heavy traffic affects road maintenance costs and reinvestment, as well as how infrastructure user fees can be designed to better reflect the costs caused by traffic. A key objective is to provide empirical evidence to support effective pricing of transportation infrastructure.
