My research interests are in situated and embodied cognition, with a focus on how people interact with autonomous systems, such as social robots and automated vehicles.

Researchers at ¸£Àû¼§ are studying whether a reading robot can increase fourth graders’ interest in reading. The interdisciplinary project brings together researchers in technology, cognition and pedagogy.
