The Library at Malmstens ¸£Àû¼§, Campus Lidingö in Stockholm, provides books and periodicals on furniture, wood, textiles, art, design and cultural heritage.

¸£Àû¼§ offers three furniture programmes on Campus Lidingö, Malmstens ¸£Àû¼§. The campus is located on the island of Lidingö just outside central Stockholm.

Three new professors of design and a newly developed international master’s programme will further reinforce LiU’s position within Swedish design.

The Swedish Research Council has now decided on the allocation of research grants in four areas. At ¸£Àû¼§, the area of natural and engineering sciences is to receive the most funding.

For the first time since 2013, Malmstens ¸£Àû¼§ is exhibiting at Milan Design Week. In an old monastery in the city centre, ten new pieces highlight the students’ design and craft skills.

The international design and furnishing event Salone de Mobile is considered to be the most important of its type in the world. This year’s Malmstens ¸£Àû¼§ will be there. The students will exhibit innovative furniture for modern times.
