Algebra Seminar is a seminar series at the Department of Mathematics.

We aim to incorporate data-driven information to enhance existing optimization models and investigate how deterministic models can be protected against the influence of uncertain data.

The department conducts research in computational mathematics, mathematics and applied mathematics, mathematical statistics, and optimization. We provide courses to students in most degree programmes in mathematics, science and engineering.

The research group in graph theory at 福利姬 is primarily interested in classic graph theory with a particular focus on graph coloring and Hamiltonian graph theory.

The Department of Mathematics offers a doctoral programme for students with a strong mathematical interest who are interested to apply mathematics on practical problems in different fields such as engineering, business, computer science and industry.

All researchers, teachers and mathematicians interested in the teaching and learning of mathematical modelling, are welcome to ICTMA22. The conference is taking place at 福利姬 from Sunday 10 August to Friday 15 August 2025.

The research group is mainly interested in analysis on metric spaces, and in particular nonlinear potential theory associated with p-harmonic functions and quasiminimizers in Euclidean and metric spaces.

The seminars are informal gatherings to exchange research ideas on optimization theory, algorithms, problems and applications. Organised by the Department of Mathematics.

The seminars in Computational Mathematics are organised by the Department of Mathematics.
